For children, even a short trip in the car can feel like an endless journey, so here are a couple of games which can help make the trip a little more amusing.
How Many Red Cars?
How many red (or white, blue, green etc.) cars do you meet within the next 5 minutes? Who guesses right or comes the closest? 20 Questions to the Professor
Appoint a "professor" who must think of an object. The other players must ask questions to determine what the object is, and the professor can only answer the questions with a "yes" or "no". Altogether, the players are allowed to ask 20 questions. The one who guesses the right answer will be the next professor. The Pig of the Parson
Every participant (except the one who is going to answer the questions) shall choose which part of the pig of the parson they want, for example the snout, the teeth or the tail, etc. The questioner then asks the participants questions like" What is the handsomest thing on Dad?" The participants in turn reply with the part they have chosen on the pig. The trick is to answer without laughing! When you laugh, you are out of the game.
