Bake your own honey cake hearts
Ingredients: 400 g honey 200 g margarine 2 eggs 500 g flour 2 tsk baking soda 2 spsk cold water 2 tsk cinamonkanel 2 tsk cardamom 25 g finely chopped, candied orange peal

How to do it:
Melt the honey and margarine in a saucepan, then cool until mixture is lukewarm. Add eggs, flour, spices and orange peal; dissolve baking soda and blend with the mixture. Let the dough rest a day, then knead the dough and roll until approximately 4mm thick. With a cookie cutter cut out hearts. Bake at 190 degrees for 8-10 minutes. When cooled, frost the hearts with egg white frosting made from 2 egg whites, 2 tsp vinegar + icing sugar. Spread frosting on hearts. If desired, decorate hearts with nuts. When the frosting has hardened, place the hearts in a cake tine and leave for 8 days to allow the heats to soften under the crispy frosting.
