The only museum in Denmark where you can see visual art, crafts, design and furniture design. The exhibitions always offer new and exciting experiences, featuring both international and Danish artists and designers. During 2019, you can experience the exhibitions Danish Modern – Nanna Ditzel (until 31/10), Eske Kath – The Fundamental Uncertainty (until 24/11) and the sensory exhibition SENSE ME (opening 12/9).

The museum has a fine collection of modern art and contains Denmark’s largest collection of 20th century chairs, and Arne Jacobsen’s unique holiday house.
It is possible to put together your very own exhibition with artworks from the Trapholt Collection in YOUR exhibition.

Trapholt’s location and architecture is an attraction in itself. The museum is located in a sculpture park and beautiful garden high above Kolding Fjord. From the museum and café there are fantastic views.

Suitable for disabled visitors. Guided tours for groups.

You can hire rooms for company arrangements and other groups – including the meeting room Blå Stue and Richard Mortensen salen.
